The Pike Road Investment in Community and Education (PRICE) Foundation
The PRICE Foundation is a 501-C-3 nonprofit organization established to provide an avenue for citizens to make tax deductible donations in support of the town's most vital projects. Among these projects are the Pike Road Natural Trail and the school system. Town leaders are committed to projects that will add to the quality of life in our town, as well as to the value of property in the area. Your donation to the PRICE Foundation now will speed the completion of these and other great works and improve the future of our great town. The projects described below are examples of the creative ways in which the foundation seeks to make donations fun and easy for you and your family.
Summer Fest in the Town of Pike Road
The Town of Pike Road’s annual Fourth of July celebration, known as Summer Fest, is also a great opportunity to contribute to the PRICE Foundation’s critical work. All profit from the event (proceeds from admission charges) is donated to the PRICE Foundation to help fund projects like the future school and the Pike Road Natural Trail.
Pike Road Community Yard Sale
The Town of Pike Road invites residents and friends to gather once a year for a community yard sale, hosted by the town. Bringing a number of sellers together in a high-traffic, highly visible location—Pike Road Town Hall on Vaughn Road—gives buyers the opportunity to find great prices on hundreds of items. Perhaps better, the size of the sale gives sellers the benefit of a great crowd of shoppers. Sellers pay a small fee for space rental, and all profits go to the PRICE Foundation. Information on the sale date is posted well in advance on the town’s Facebook page and the official website.
