5X7 Art Show and Sale
Join the Pike Road Arts Council on Thursday, May 7 for a 5×7 Art Show at the Pike Road Arts Center (944 Wallahatchie Road) from 5 p.m. – 7 p.m. for a magical evening celebrating the extraordinary in small and detailed works!
This special Pike Road event invites art enthusiasts and collectors alike to explore a collection like no other: each piece a small-scale marvel designed to delight and inspire. With around 200 pieces available, each no larger than 35 square inches and affordably priced at no more than $57, the public has an opportunity to acquire an original artwork that can add a touch of elegance to any space.
Each artwork is not just a purchase; it’s a tiny treasure capable of transforming a dark corner, complementing a well-curated display wall, or standing as a thoughtful, one-of-a-kind gift for someone special. The versatility of these petite pieces means the possibilities are endless.
Meet and mingle with artists during the artist’s reception. For seasoned art collectors or those who are simply looking to begin their art collection, this is the perfect opportunity to obtain a unique, original piece of art while enjoying a delightful evening among fellow art aficionados.

DETAILS & RULES FOR ENTRY
- There is no fee for entry, and artists may enter up to five pieces of artwork.
- Submissions should be no larger than 5” x 7” unframed and can be in any medium.
- Giclee prints of your original art are acceptable. Watercolor art should be matted.
- Artwork that is fragile or not fixed or dry (pastel, wet paint) should be protected accordingly. We will take every precaution to protect your work.
- All 5X7 art submitted for this art will be priced at just $57. For each piece of art sold, the Town of Pike Road will collect a 5.7% commission on sales. Payment for sold artwork will be mailed to artists within 30 days of the close of the show.
- 5X7 art that is not sold on May 7th may remain available in the Water House Gallery for up to 90 days. After 90 days your art will be considered the property of the Town of Pike Road.
- The Pike Road Arts Council reserves the right to exclude art not considered suitable.
- Art will be accepted at the Pike Road Arts Center beginning on April 25, 2026. The Arts Center & Water House Gallery are open on Saturdays from 10 AM – 4 PM and Sundays from 1-4 PM.

- Name of Artist / Name of Artwork / Medium / Artist’s Email & Phone
- All artists are asked to email a short artist bio to [email protected] and include a website if you have one where your art is offered online.

The Pike Road Arts Center is located at 944 Wallahatchie Rd, under the water tower. It is home to the Water House Gallery, studio space, and a variety of events presented by the Pike Road Arts Council, an ENHANCE initiative committee.
