Town Council - The Pike Road Town Council meets the second Monday of every month at 6:00 p.m. (or immediately after the Planning Commission meeting, but not before 6:00 p.m.) and the fourth Wednesday of every month at 7:00 a.m.** Meetings are held in the council chamber at Pike Road Town Hall.

Planning Commission - Beginning February 2024, The Pike Road Planning Commission will meet the first Monday of every month at 5:30 p.m.** Meetings are held in the council chamber at Pike Road Town Hall.

Board of Zoning Adjustment - In the event that there are items for consideration, the Board of Zoning Adjustment (BZA) will post a notice of the upcoming meeting ten days in advance in several locations, including the bulletin board on the exterior of Town Hall.
