About the Event
The Town of Pike Road is excited to share that our community has been selected to participate in DesignAlabama’s DesignPlace Program, happening April 11 – April 13! DesignAlabama is a citizen-led non-profit operating in partnership with the Alabama State Council on the Arts. Their mission is to advocate for the collaboration of the design arts and their importance in creating and enhancing place in Alabama.
During their 3-day stay in Pike Road, DesignAlabama professionals will focus on the Historic Town Center around Founders Station, taking a deep dive into the history and natural resources in the area that make it a great space for future quality of life features. We want to know what YOU think is special about this Historic Town Center!
Join us at Founders Station (4902 Pike Rd) for a Come & Go Community Input Session to learn more about the DesignPlace Program and how YOU can be involved in the process:
- April 11: 6 - 7 p.m.
- April 13: 12 - 1:30 p.m.
