Whether you're interested in history or the arts, this workshop is for you! Martha Colson will lead the Encaustic Wax Art Class for Beginners on August 4, teaching all skill levels to use a centuries-old technique.

About the Event
Encaustic paint is a beeswax-based paint that is kept molten on a hot plate or heated iron. This ancient art form is now made easy for everyone! Beginners are encouraged to come to this workshop to learn about this unique type of art with expert artist Martha Colson.
The class will be held a the Pike Road Arts Center on August 4 from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. Tuition is $50 per person. Bring a buddy to share the cost of supplies!
