About the Event
It's hay bale season in the Town of Pike Road! Our annual Hay, Look at Us! Hay Bale Decorating Contest is back, and we can't wait to see what YOU create this year. All Pike Road neighborhoods, businesses, and organizations are invited to participate in this fall-favorite event, but there are a limited number of hay bales, so be sure to get the "bale" rolling today!
The Town of Pike Road will supply your hay bale, and all you have to do is gather your team, register no later than noon on Sept. 27, and get creative! Please take a look at the important dates below, and click here for the 2019 registration packet. Registration packets are also available at Town Hall (9575 Vaughn Rd) from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
- Sept. 27: Registration forms due at Town Hall by noon.
- Sept. 30 - Oct. 11: Hay Bale Delivery Phase
- Oct. 21: Hay Bale Judging
- Oct. 23 - Nov. 3: Hay Bale Touring Phase
- Nov. 4 - 15: Hay Bale Pickup Phase
