About the Event
Join Barbara Davis and the Pike Road Arts Council in exploring the concepts of still life set up and design through the use of color and color mixing. This class is for beginner and intermediate students.
Barbara will guide participants on how to create the sense of depth with expressive brushwork; and the importance of value as you paint a red, white and blue still life in honor of our country's 250th birthday!
A materials list will be provided below for the workshop.
Required Supplies/Materials:
9x12 or 11x14 canvas
Oil paints- ultramarine blue, alizarin crimson, titanium white, cadmium yellow (light), cadmium red (light), cadmium yellow (medium), sap green
