Portraits of Pets Art Show

Celebrate the furry friends we know and love through the Pike Road Arts Council's Portraits of Pets art show, available at the PRAC July 9 - 24. Visit the Arts Center (944 Wallahatchie Rd) during open hours:

• Saturdays: 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
• Sundays: 1 - 4 p.m.

This art show also includes several mini events:

• Opening Reception: July 9, 2 - 4 p.m.
• Dogs for Dogs Lunch & Adoption Event with the Montgomery Humane Society: July 16, 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.
• Christmas in July - Pet Photos with Santa: July 23, 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.

In addition, Steven Davis will lead a pet portrait painting workshop on July 20-21! Email patty@pikeroad.us to register, and get ready to paint your pet!

The Pike Road Arts Center (PRAC) is located at 944 Wallahatchie Rd, under the water tower. It is home to the Water House Gallery and gift shop, studio space, and a variety of events presented by the Pike Road Arts Council, an ENHANCE initiative committee.
