"The Social Network" - Virtual Lunch & Learn
Time & Location
About the Event
Grab your popcorn, and charge your laptop! Lunch & Learn is coming to a screen near you. We are excited to present “The Social Network,” via live webinar at 12 p.m. on June 11 as we continue the 2020 series, Lessons Learned from the Big Screen.
The Social Network is a 2010 American film that portrays the founding of social networking website Facebook and the resulting lawsuits. There are several key lessons we can take away from this film and apply in our organizations. Make plans to join us as we discuss a virtual world where people can connect or disconnect, at the click of a mouse. Laura Chambliss, Market Development Manager for Troy University Continuing Education & Outreach, will present.
We look forward to “seeing” you for the first digital presentation of Lunch & Learn! The LIVE webinar will be hosted online. This is a free event, but registration is required. Registrants will receive login information to join the online meeting via email. Click here to view the flyer, and contact Community Involvement Coordinator Katy Garren at email@example.com to register or learn more.
While we will miss seeing our Business Association in person, we are thankful for the partnership we have with Troy University Continuing Education and Outreach that allows us to provide this virtual event.
Lunch & Learn is a quarterly presentation of the Town of Pike Road's Business Association, an ENHANCE initiative committee. The 2020 Lunch & Learn series, Lessons Learned from the Big Screen, is presented in partnership with Troy University Continuing Education & Outreach.
