About the Event
The Town of Pike Road's Planning Department invites the public Tues., May 19, 2026 at 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM for the Unified Development Code Update Kick Off Meeting! The purpose of the Kick-off Meeting is to initiate an update to the Town's Development Regulations and gather initial input from the community. The meeting will begin with a brief presentation on the Town's planning and development regulations, what Zoning and a Unified Development Code are, how these regulations relate to comprehensive plan, and the public role in the process of drafting the Town's regulation updates.
Following the presentation, there will be a Q & A and interactive session for the public to provide input.
Please make plans to join the Town of Pike Road Planning Department and Code Studio as we work together to update the development regulations that implement the Comprehensive Plan for Pike Road.
