About the Pike Road Business Association
The Town of Pike Road invites you to take part in the Pike Road Business Association (PRBA), an ENHANCE Initiative Committee. The ENHANCE Initiative, designed in 2005, is a component of the Town’s long-term strategic plan and focuses specifically on strengthening quality of life and community planning. Through task-oriented teams like the PRBA, the ENHANCE Initiative works to engage citizens, nurture community identity, and support thoughtful growth in Pike Road.
The Pike Road Business Association is a collaborative network of business owners, organizational leaders, and entrepreneurs who support and serve our growing community. The PRBA exists to encourage connection, share resources, and promote business development that complements and enriches the Town of Pike Road.

Pike Road IGNITE
Pike Road IGNITE, a 2026 business initiative of the Town of Pike Road Economic Development Department, is designed to advance the growth and sustained success of Pike Road businesses by cultivating collaborative opportunities and a resource-rich environment. Through strategic engagement with local businesses, schools, and community partners, IGNITE supports a resilient and thriving local economy by creating opportunities where businesses can strengthen operations, expand their reach, and contribute to a thriving local economy.
Employ-A-Patriot
Employ-A-Patriot is a community driven workforce initiative developed in partnership by Pike Road High School and Town of Pike Road. The program connects Pike Road High School students with meaningful employment and work based learning opportunities through partnerships with local businesses. Students gain real world experience, develop professional skills, and explore career pathways while contributing to the local economy. By intentionally linking the classroom to the workplace, Employ-A-Patriot strengthens relationships between students, employers, and the broader Pike Road community, helping businesses invest in future talent while empowering students to build confidence, responsibility, and a deeper connection to their hometown.

Best Mangamenet Practices for Businesses
Best Management Practices for Businesses is a program unique to the Town of Pike Road that establishes a working relationship between the individual businesses and the Town. The goal is to make sure communication is clear and expectations are outlined for how the Town and the business community can effectively assist each other in serving the needs of the citizens. Businesses are encouraged to meet expectations and follow-through with action steps that are identified collectively. The goals is for the Town and business community to move forward together.
