About the Event
On Thursday, July 13, us for a “Night Out with Native Species” and learn about animals that may be right in your backyard through hands on activities including live animal encounters, and skins and skulls interactive display. Participants will also make and leave with a homemade bird feeder!
Night Out with Native Species will be held from 4 – 6 p.m. at the Pike Road Agriculture, Recreation & Performing Arts Park (6281 Trotman Rd).
This event is geared toward ages 5 – 12. Participants must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. This event is free to attend, but registration is required. Please click here to register by July 11!

Night Out with Native Wildlife is the July installation of the 2023 Agriculture & Stewardship Seminar Series. This event is presented in partnership by Alabama Wildlife & Freshwater Fisheries and the Town of Pike Road's Ag & Stewardship Club, an ENHANCE initiative committee.
