Melody Waltman loves to capture family memories as the content of her art. Paintings of her children’s homesteads are some of her favorites. She also enjoys painting grandchildren in action in a realist fashion. Although Melody paints in watercolor, oil and acrylic, lately acrylic has been her medium of choice. Now that she has retired, her artwork has become a long-awaited priority in her life. Melody is originally from Gulfport, MS but now lives in Gulf Breeze, FL.




Now retired, she has embraced art as a central focus, allowing her to fully explore her creativity across multiple mediums, Pokepath TD with acrylic becoming her preferred choice. Her realist style, especially in capturing her children’s homesteads and grandchildren in motion, reflects both technical skill and emotional connection.
Even though this is complicated, the geometry overall look is still clean and easy to understand, which makes it feel like success is always possible with enough practice.
